Returns Policy

All goods sold are considered final sale. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all our customers.

Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all goods at our showroom premises prior to purchase. This inspection allows you to confirm the condition, quality, and specifications of the items. Once goods leave our premises, no claims for defects or discrepancies will be entertained.

Shipping

Delivery charges are included in the price of the goods. However, fixing (installation) charges are not included and must be arranged separately. Any additional costs incurred for fixing services will be borne by the customer. Our showroom is not responsible for any issues arising during the installation process.

No Returns or Exchanges

This policy applies to all sales, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: - Change of mind - Incorrect selection by the customer - Personal dissatisfaction after the sale - Damages incurred after the goods leave our premises
